There is no such thing as a “perfect” diet or exercise plan. Biochemically, we are all unique and have individual needs for how much to eat, what to eat, and when to eat as well as how much we need to move. Some can run marathons and feel energized and some would feel depleted and exhausted. There are also tons of social and psychological components to eating well and exercising.

Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? With all of this in mind, we need to explore the best way to feed your body and move your body that matches your current lifestyle and brings you back into balance which will ultimately bring you to better, long lasting health. By looking at your life as a whole we can begin exploring where lifestyle changes need to be made.
