Our bodies are overloaded with toxic food, drinks and thoughts. Toxins are the root cause of our bodies inability to maintain homeostasis, a balance between our weight, energy and hormones. The choices we make everyday affect how we feel and how our body functions. Success is a result of two relatively simple things: the willingness to try new things and to release old habits.
My specialty is food intolerance, allergies and inflammation in the body. I walk people through an elimination process to help them better understand their body and how the things they put into their body affect the way they feel. Everyone is unique!
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. The elements of Natural Health are: pure water, good nutrition, fresh air, sunlight, exercise and proper rest. As a Holistic Nutrition practitioner I am your wellness guide and supportive mentor. Together, we will work to achieve your goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, food cravings and intolerance, digestion, sleep and energy.
