Wellness is a journey, not a destination. I’ve been on this journey to wellness and balance for more than 15 years and have guided hundreds of people to get their health and their life back into balance simply by making lifestyle choices that promote wellness and prevent “dis”ease.
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2003 and have been passionate about fitness and whole body wellness most of my life. My personal fitness interests include running and tennis. I practice yoga and meditation daily. I have completed ten marathons and over fifty half marathons. I love to stay up to date with latest research through industry seminars, classes and conferences each year. I truly believe in being a student of life. I am just as passionate about learning as I am about sharing healing techniques and practices that benefit women become better versions of themselves.
I am passionate about life and living a healthy lifestyle. I believe that everyone has the ability to become the best version of themselves with the proper guidance, knowledge and willingness to make meaningful changes.
Learning the tools you need to achieve a lifetime of balance is the first step to these changes. My personal mission is to empower, encourage and lead women to becoming the best version of themselves by bringing awareness to the body, mind and the Spirit that lives within us.
