I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. Pure water, whole food nutrition, fresh air, sunlight, exercise, and proper rest are all a part of staying vibrant, healthy and young at any age. I am an avid runner, yogi, hiker and love to travel all over the world sharing food and lifestyle choices, holistic nutrition and yoga through retreats.
